Branded Templates
University Communications and Marketing (UCM) offers a library of prebuilt templates and brand kits to help faculty, staff, and students maintain brand consistency and increase efficiency across the university. Whether you're working on a new advertisement, planning an event, or want to create engaging social media posts, the template library is here to help you craft professional branded assets.
Business Cards and Printed Stationery
Stationery items such as business cards, digital business cards, letterhead, and envelopes can be purchased electronically through the RU MarketPlace. Look for the punch-out for Dupli.
If you do not have access to RU MarketPlace, contact your business manager for assistance. Students and student groups may contact the Office of Trademark Licensing for assistance with ordering business cards.
Branded Email Signatures
This easy-to-use application creates correctly branded and formatted signatures for your email messages. The tool formats the logo in the correct color, size and resolution, sets a standard font for signature text, and applies a streamlined approach to information ordering for your title, department and contact information. The application includes options for universitywide, campus, school, and central administrative office logos in the email client of your choice.
